Exposure is an AI-powered content creation application that offers:
- Photo management and layout creation
- Voice recording and transcription
- AI-generated text content
- Custom layout design tools
Available in three subscription tiers:
Free:
Audio: not included
Text Transformation: not included
Layout: Four slides per Layout, one layout per moment
Disclaimer: Free includes personalized or non personalized ads depending on users‘ consent in the layout feature
Basic:
Audio: Voice Recording and transcription up to five minutes per moment, sorting of audio recordings
Text Transformation: Tone and style text transformation templates, version history of text transformations
Layout: Ten slides per Layout, All integrated Exposure Studios layout functions, multiple layouts per moment, Frame Feature
Pro:
Audio: Voice Recording and transcription up to twenty minutes per moment, sorting of audio recordings
Text Transformation: Create alternative versions, tone and style text transformation templates, version history of text transformations
Layout: Twenty slides per Layout, save custom color identitiy, all integrated Exposure Studios layout functions, multiple layouts per moment
All user data remains locally stored on the user’s device
No user content is stored on our servers
Payment processing is handled through Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat using anonymized IDs
We employ industry-standard security measures including:
– End-to-end encryption for data transmission
– Compliance with GDPR requirements
Users are prohibited from using the Service for:
– Creation or distribution of hate speech
– Planning or promoting criminal activities
– Terrorist content or planning
– Copyright infringement
– Any illegal activities under applicable laws
– Subscription periods: Weekly, Monthly or Annual
– Payment processing through Apple App Store
– Pricing and features subject to change with notice
– Cancellation and refunds according to Apple’s subscription policies
We explicitly disclaim liability for:
– AI-generated content accuracy or appropriateness
– User-created content and recordings
– Service interruptions or data loss
– Third-party services or integrations
Further:
– Users retain rights to their original content
– AI-generated content usage rights are granted to the user
– App and service components remain property of Vertical Meters UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Subscription cancellation follows Apple’s subscription guidelines
Account termination available through app settings
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for Terms violations
These Terms are governed by German law
